Restorative - Wednesday 5:45 PM - A gentle class focused on releasing stress. In this class we will be moving through a series of supported postures, using bolsters, blankets and blocks, staying in each one for 5-10 minutes.
Energy and Balance - Friday 8:45 AM - This balancing flow focuses on breath with movement and will leave you feeling refreshed as you enter into the weekend. (Last class this year will be October 18th)

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - ​Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM - Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the seamless flow between poses synchronized with breath, promoting strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
The yoga room is available to use outside of scheduled classes for personal yoga practice.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up for your practice. We have 10 yoga mats and props for your use. Payment can be made to the yoga instructors directly ($15 per person). The yoga room is located on the second floor at the end of the hall near rooms 227 and 228 A-B.

Ester L. Rogers
Ester L. Rogers is a passionate vinyasa instructor and dedicated yoga practitioner. With a commitment to her practice, she has been deeply immersed in yoga and meditation for the past five years. Her journey into teaching began in 2020 after she completed her teacher training in The Dalles, Oregon. Her Vinyasa style yoga classes, known for their dynamic flow and synchronization of breath and movement, are thoughtfully designed to cater to various levels of practice. Ester is also a licensed massage therapist.
Serafina Gerard
Serafina Gerard is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor from the Iyengar tradition and is currently completing an 800 hour Yoga Therapy certification. Although she practiced Yoga for many years prior, it wasn't until her teacher training in 2022 that she fell deeply in love with the teachings and philosophy. Serafina offers Yoga as a practical guide to bringing more joy into our lives through breathwork, body movement and meditation. Through these practices we create ease and stability in the body, mind and soul which benefits us on and off the mat.
